The complex is easy to reach and has ample free parking. Over 1,000,000 people will visit the centre each year, making the Greenfoot Energy Centre one of Nova Scotia’s major destinations for nonstop sports four seasons of the year.

Greenfoot Energy Centre is an obvious choice for tournament play. Four NHL size rinks, on-site food services, comfortable dressing rooms, a pro shop, and a bright inviting foyer make our complex the obvious headquarters for your tournament.
There are 4 full size beach volleyball courts located on the east side of the Greenfoot Energy Centre. The courts have lights so games can extend into the twilight hours, the canteen is open for teams before and after their games, plus washrooms, showers, and dressing rooms are available when needed.
Hotels in the area provide excellent choices for accommodations, nearby malls provide fun opportunities for shopping between games or during practice, and a variety of restaurants in the area means you don’t need to travel far for that post game victory meal.
